Andy has a wealth of experience working as a chef in hotels and restaurants in Australia, New Zealand and Britain. He worked for many years as Head Chef at the acclaimed Café Procope in Newcastle upon Tyne which was regularly listed in the Which Good Food Guide, as well as featuring in the ‘Egon Ronay’ Guide.
Andy teaches certificated cookery courses for adults, including Exotic, International and Vegetarian Cookery. He also works in schools helping children to develop their ability, confidence and understanding of food and cookery.
