Theory & practical experience with the emphasis on a convivial day out in an idyllic rural setting.

The courses are tailored to the needs of the busy individual who wishes to learn a new skill but doesn’t wish to spend a year doing so. Theory is combined with practical hands-on sessions and detailed course notes are provided to take away.

Courses are based at Linnels Farm, 2 miles south of Hexham. The idyllic rural setting, with stunning views and walks down to Devil’s Water, encompasses 20 acres of  meadows, woodland, courtyard gardens and vegetable/ cut flower plots. Teaching sessions take place in the converted dairy.
