Our courses are limited to small groups of people, to allow them to be tailored to the individual.
The gardening courses are a mix of gardening theory accompanied by relevant practical experience. Cookery courses are a mix of hands-on and demonstrations and take place in the bespoke workshop kitchen. Courses are based at Linnels Farm, 2 miles south of Hexham. The idyllic rural setting, with stunning views and walks down to Devil’s Water, encompasses 20 acres of meadows, woodland, courtyard gardens and vegetable/ cut flower plots. Teaching sessions take place in the converted dairy.
Morning coffee / tea and cakes are provided for every course.
A 2 course lunch prepared by Papaya is provided for full day (10am-3.30pm) courses.
