These delightful Italian dumplings, which pre-date pasta, have evolved into a fabulous variety of versions – some substantial and sumptuous, others delicate, pillowy clouds full of flavour.
Over the course of the day, did we mention it’s entirely gluten-free, we’ll discuss the many different ingredients you can use to make and accompany the delicious morsels, and ensure you master the techniques of preparing, cooking and serving them.
You’ll leave laden with enough food for future meals, plus your own recipe book, and the confidence to make them for years to come.
The class includes all ingredients, as well as a chef-prepared 2-course lunch and refreshments along the way.
