Theory & practical experience with the emphasis on a convivial day out in an idyllic rural setting.

The courses are tailored to the needs of the busy individual who wishes to learn a new skill but doesn’t wish to spend a year doing so. Theory is combined with practical hands-on sessions and detailed course notes are provided to take away.

Courses are based at Linnels Farm, 2 miles south of Hexham and only 20 miles from Newcastle.  The idyllic rural setting, with stunning views and walks down to Devil’s Water, encompasses 20 acres of  meadows, woodland, courtyard gardens and vegetable/ cut flower plots. Teaching sessions take place in the converted dairy.
