Oh the smell of freshly baked baguettes straight from the oven ...

Baguettes warm from the oven, slathered with cold, unsalted President butter - oh the pure joy of biting through that crust! We can promise you one is not enough. All that's missing is the wedge of brie and a chilled glass of Chablis.

Join us on this one day workshop and learn how to make fancy Fougasse,  crusty traditional Baguettes, Pain d'épis, Tarte Flambée, and Salted Caramel Brioche.

Your breads will be available to take home and enjoy at the end of the day.

Includes morning coffee and refreshments and a 2 course lunch by 'Papaya'.
