In response to those who attended bread basics and wanted more! Join us on this one day workshop and learn how to make fancy Fougasse, crusty traditional Baguettes, Tarte Flambee, and sweet breads. Attendance on ‘Bread Basics’ is not a prerequisite of this course.
Your bread will be available to take home and enjoy at the end of the day
