In response to those who attended bread basics and wanted more! Join us on this one day workshop and learn how to make fancy Fougasse, crusty traditional Baguettes, Pain d’epis, Tarte Flambee, and Salted Caramel Brioche. Attendance on ‘Bread Basics’ is not a prerequisite of this course.
Your breads will be available to take home and enjoy at the end of the day.
Includes morning coffee and refreshments and a 2 course lunch by ‘Papaya’.
