Throughout the day you will learn to make dough from scratch, cook perfect flatbreads and create a decorative sweetbread that will disappear in minutes.
The day starts with coffee and some treats. Then you’ll get stuck into making your doughs ready to bake in the afternoon and take home with you.
There will also be a delicious lunch by a local chef and a booklet to take away with recipes and tips.
