Throughout the course you will explore a variety of pasta dishes using a range of techniques. After a brief introduction and coffee you’ll get straight into the kitchen learning how to knead dough: roll out sheets using a pasta machine; make neatly filled ravioli parcels, and finally some impressive hand shaped Malloreddus shells. As well as learning the art of pasta making we will make some rich simple sauces and pesto to pair perfectly with your pasta.
