Join us for a foray into the world of South East Asian Street Food on this hands-on cookery course.
After a welcome coffee and treat you’ll prepare a South East Asian style Street Food lunch under the careful guidance of chef Andy Snell of Papaya
Dishes will vary according to ingredient availability but may include Char Kway Teow, Singapore Rojak, and spicy sambals.
In the afternoon you’ll face the tough decision of which SE Asian style curry to make and take away to eat at home.
