We've been asked to share our secrets of tasty teatime treats...
On this course you'll learn how to make delicious sponge cakes adorned with seasonal fillings and toppings to transport you through the year. You'll bake the lightest of scones, both sweet and savoury, you'll discover the joy of homemade teacakes and for 'the piece de resistance' you'll master the butterscotch madeleine.
We'll demistify all those cookery terms: creaming, kneading, proving, baking till done. We'll relax over a 2-course lunch by 'Papaya' - you'll have earned it!
You'll depart with a handbook of recipes and a veritable feast of your scones, handmade teacakes, and cake ready to eat at teatime or pop into the freezer for that 'here's one I made earlier' flourish.
