We’d waited over a year for this book to be published and the delight when it dropped on the doorstep was tangible. Beautifully photographed and with lots of stories and substance this may have to be read in bed one evening, with the risk of a broken nose as I fall asleep to sea-herb focaccia, saffron aoili and Cornish Crab cakes – feeling local Craster crab can be slipped into that one.
