Pitch into a day of plant-based food on this hands-on cookery course.
After a welcome coffee and treat you’ll don your aprons to create an array of plant-based dishes under the careful guidance of chef Andy Snell of Papaya
Using inflences from the east with not a meat-substitute in sight, we’ll explore the depth of flavours from real plant-based foods; dishes will vary according to ingredient availability but may include unctuous tofu dishes. spicy tempeh, and delicious dhosa to name but a few. There will be a balance between nutrition and sensuality – a real assault on all the senses!
In the afternoon you’ll face make a delicious dish to convert those fervent meat-eaters in the house to the delights of vegan dishes.
